The Boulder Racing Short Track series has again started. These races are a lot of fun! 20 minutes of total pain, concentration & dust. Chipotle-Titus had 7 riders start the first race.
First off was the Women's "B" class. Karen Hogan used this as a warm up for her next race & won this event. Toni Geer finished 3rd. 15 year old Wesley Geer choose to ride with the big girls tonight & came in 9th. Kim Pardoe came in just out of the top 10. This was the largest women's field the race has ever had. The course was fast & had a few technical turns & jumps.

Chipotle-Titus had 3 riders in the Men's "B" - Justin Green, Dan Melish & Lester Pardoe. They all finished in the top half of this elite field. The group was again huge & the pace required digging deep into the suitcase of pain. This herd stirred up a cloud of dust over the course.
Karen Hogan, celebrating her birthday, needed a bit more riding & rode with the Women's "A". She was able to nurse her tired legs to a 4th place. A set of fresh legs will make her a contender with the pros.

8 starts, 2 podiums, 1 win
Next up: Winter Park #2
