The announcer was referring to Chipotle-Titus as another one of our riders got called to the podium. Warriors Cycling hosts a lovely July race, the Breck 100, consisting of three different loops in a sort of cloverleaf pattern, totaling roughly 12000 feet of climbing. The B68 takes riders on two of the three loops with over 8K of climbing while the B32 covers just one of the loops. Heidi Godsil and Kay Levesque represented the team this year, choosing to ride the B68. And ride it they did with Heidi winning the overall and Kay winning her age group. That's Jenn Dice there on the podium as well, friend of every mountain biker as she interacts with Washington on mountain biking issues in her work with IMBA. Although this race covers some of the same terrain as the Firecracker 50, it is low-key and more relaxed with fewer racers, slim aid stations, and minimal course markings. You're on your own in true backcountry style with plenty of rocky singletrack, screamin' steep descents, and brutally long climbs. Heidi and Kay loved it. See you there next year!
