Drew Geer demos our new jersey - stay tuned!
The kick of of the fantastic CU cycling short track also brought out the first new Justin's/Titus jersey. The kits are not actually in yet - a box of a few items arrived hours before the race and a single jersey was scrounged up for show. The shipment is due next week!
The course was shortened due to rain & mud leaving a twisty 2 minute loop with little room to pass. The fields were smaller as many were scared off by a possible storm. The weather held off & all the races ran in dry condition. Drew Geer, Jamie Kilkoyn & Justin Green raced 25 minutes of lung & leg searing effort in the B class. Jamie got a nice start with Drew on his wheel. Justin was stuck behind a start crash & had the pleasure of working his way up the entire race. Just before dusk, the A field set out at a blistering pace with Ward Baker representing Justin's/Titus. No results yet but Ward was clearly holding his own against a top pro field.
