USA Cycling National Championships - Sun Valley, ID Post #2

The Cat 1 races were decided on the mountain side trails in Sun Valley. The resort is a great location for the races, but the trails were extremely congested and poorly thought out to give a fair national championship. So despite the fits of pushing your bike in a long line of single track, there were sections where you could actually race. In the Cat 1 Women's 45-49 field, Karen Hogan finished 2nd. Mike Hogan and Dave Wright raced the Men's 45-49. Mike finished 2nd while Dave had some trouble with traffic and flat tires along the way.
