Cross close to home...Louisville Cross

The Chipotle Titus team was represented well by a contingent of three at the races this morning. A big meal on Thanksgiving was not slowing this crew down. With Mike home with the flu, Ben Hogan jumped in the Jr. race and rocked to 4th place. Ben was tremendous in his effort on a cold morning at 20 degrees. Ben left it all on the course...literally. Apparently some of his turkey dinner came back up on the last lap.

At 11:30 Jamie Kilcoyne rode to a top 10 finish. Jamie has been consistently getting stronger and stronger each race this year. He was buttery smooth and beat many of his rivals that have been getting the best of him earlier in the season. I think Jamie was 6th at the finish. Way to go Jamie.

Finally, Karen Hogan capped off the day with a big win in the Women's 35+ field. The organizers gave the Pro/3/4 Women a one minute head start on Karen's field. K-Rock proceeded to rip through the open field catching all but 5. This girl is clearly on fire.

Stay tuned for more Cross. Rumor has it that Titus has made a cross bike and Thomas Dooley has one. Look for Thomas to be at the front soon.
